For a start, my reviews will just be posts in this blog. My reviews are a work in progress, and I will treat those entrees as pages that I will go back and edit, and update until I'm happy with it. Once I'm satisfied in it I'll make it into an actual page. So if your wondering why my reviews look weak, it's because I'm not finished with them.
